so basically ice cream is cold milk with sugar, gelato is the same idea but with a higher fat ratio due to the eggs and milks used. tbh its surprising what the 4 eggs do to the taste. can this be done however with almond milk?

For gluten free --- skip the flour and dissolve corn starch in the milk and add when she says.
